The Navamsa Chart (D9 or Navamsha) is the most important divisional chart in Vedic astrology after the Rashi chart (D1). "Navamsa" means "ninth division" — each zodiac sign of 30° is divided into 9 equal parts of 3°20' each. The resulting chart reveals:
